On September 15, a round table “Effective Collaboration of Organizations Working in the Area of HIV/AIDS” will be held by All-Russian Public Union of People Living with HIV (ARPU PLHIV) jointly with UNAIDS in Belgorod. The round table is dedicated to coordination of efforts of various health care services, including AIDS Centres, TB dispensaries, drug abuse clinics, offices of youth policy and social security, Belgorod administration, and public organizations in response to the epidemic.

Y. S. Bonchuk, Chief Physician of the Regional AIDS Centre, will open a discussion. I. V. Goloshchapov, Chief Physician of the Regional Drug Abuse Clinic, will continue it. The discussion will be moderated by Alexei Yaskovich, Regional coordinator of ARPU PLHIV.

An exhibition of a well-known photographer Serge Golovach “Stars Against AIDS” will be open in Belgorod movie theatre simultaneously with the round table. During two weeks Belgorod citizens will be able to see 25 photo portraits of Russian stars and familiarize themselves with their opinion calling for a tolerant attitude towards people living with HIV.
